Please state what type of comic you plan to order and with how many pages you want it to be.

Have a manuscript/prompt ready before ordering. Make it as detailed as possible from expressions, settings and actions.

A 50% down payment will be required and sent through invoice before I move onto making a storyboard. The other 50% of the payment will be requested once the comic is finished.

Turn around time will be 3 weeks long at minimum depending on the comic manuscript and artist's availability. Updates will be sent during the whole process at different intervals.

For Banner/Scene commissions, the Client will be requested to provide a mood board or any references for the artist to follow

The artist will provide atleast 3 drafts for banner/scene design layouts. Client will then be prompted to choose which layout they want.

Revisions up to five (5) times will only be entertained during the draft process. The artist will have to deny any revisions past the final layout process unless the Client is willing to pay a fee of 10 USD per revision.

Backgrounds ranges from single color, gradients, shapes and patterns unless provided with a specific request from the client.

Will take minimum 2 weeks depending on the commission's complexity, amount and/or the artist's availability. Updates will be sent to the client every time the artist does progress.

Additional fees will be charged for added details, setting a specific deadline, and commercial purposes.

The Artist is free to refuse the Client's request to order for any reason.

The Client is NOT allowed to re-sell, edit, erase/crop out the watermark unless agreed upon with the artist.

The Client is free to use the artwork commissioned as long as it's under personal use. Personal usage may include but are not limited to: icon avatars, personal account headers, gifts, personal prints, phone and desktop wallpapers, etc.

The Client is encouraged to cite credits to the artist if they post the commission online.

The artist is free to post the commissioned artwork on their social media accounts to provide as samples for future clients.

The Client can either submit a form, send a private message/e-mail to the Artist in order to purchase a commission. The Artist will then look over the order details and send a confirmation to the Client of the acceptance of the order.

Progress updates are split into 3 parts: a draft sketch, lineart, color base before the final output is sent to the Client via Google drive. This may change depending on the complexity and amount of the order.

General turn-around time of commissions is 2 weeks minimum after up-front payment is sent. This may vary depending on the complexity of the commission and workload of the Artist.

Big revisions (slight pose change, additional details, expression changes,etc) past the lineart stage is allowed up to two (2) times. Further than that will cost a service fee 10 USD per revision. However, the free revisions would be invalid once the commission is finished.

The final output of the commission may look slightly different from the samples in the commission sheet and is subjected to change according to the artist's current style. Thus the Client is encouraged to view the Artist's portfolio before proceeding with their order.

Any commission type chosen with the intention for commercial purposes will have a +300% fee to the quoted price. Commercial item include but are not limited to: branding, prints, stickers, button pin designs, shirt designs, e-book or physical book covers, etc.

Selling the commissioned art as Non-Fungible Tokens/NFTs is not subject for negotiation with the artist and is strictly prohibited.

The Client must credit The Artist as their artist mama for PNG/Live2D Model commissions.

While The Client is required to credit The Artist for their commission order(s), any issues with the Client's overall brand and image is not within the responsibility of the Artist to address and vice versa.

Invoices will be made and sent via Paypal.

Philippine local Clients can send payments through G-Cash. However please consider that the Artist's default form of transaction is Paypal so if you want to pay via G-cash, please inform the artist beforehand.

The Artist does not allow any form of haggling or bargaining for commission costs. The Client must ensure that they can pay for the order either by full payment or 50% down-payment upfront.

The Client may request for an payment plan if the price quote of their commission order exceeds 500 USD.

Failure to complete any payment plans within time will result in getting blacklisted indefinitely with no chargebacks.

Strictly NO REFUNDS past the lineart stage. If allowed by the artist however, refunds will only consist 80% of the original amount.

If The Artist initiates the cancellation of the order in the middle of its progress, the fees will be reimbursed and refunded 100%.
